Astra does not charge an upfront design or development fee for the standard Website Plan. You can choose $47 CAD per month or $499 CAD paid in advance for one year.
Astra retains ownership of the website unless you separately purchase ownership. Website ownership can be purchased at any time for a one-time payment of $999 CAD. The purchase covers the completed public-facing website files.
Yes. Website ownership is available at any time for a one-time payment of $999 CAD. Previous Website Plan payments are not credited toward the ownership price.
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your Website Plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Hosting, maintenance, support, and your licence to use the website end after the paid billing period. The website may be taken offline unless ownership has been purchased.
No. Content updates are billed separately and start at $25 CAD for small changes, such as updating hours or contact information, replacing a few images, editing a short text section, or updating a small menu, promotion, service, or pricing section. Larger updates, additional pages or sections, redesigns, and advanced features are quoted separately.
The Website Plan includes one standard domain registration or renewal when Astra manages the domain. Premium domains and additional domains may cost extra.
The ownership purchase covers the completed public-facing website files. It does not include Astra's reusable tools, internal systems, third-party services, hosting, maintenance, or future work.
